CCC’s facilities staff welcomes worshippers, visitors, and the broader community seven days a week. Our historic building is a sacred gathering place for Sunday worship, weddings, funerals, concerts, and community events alike. The people who care for this space are the unsung heroes of our ministry, and they are very often a visitor’s first contact. 

As our Facilities and Hospitality Coordinator (Sexton), you will be the heart of our building operations: maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our campus and ensuring that every event, service, and daily activity has the space and setup it needs to succeed. You’ll work closely with our Property and Facilities Manager and the broader Cathedral staff, with a schedule that includes evenings and weekends to support the life of the Cathedral. 

Responsibilities include custodial care and building maintenance, hospitality and event support, and community and ministry support. 

Applicants should have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 2+ years experience in facilities maintenance, custodial operations, or building management. Someone with strong Spanish language skills is preferred.
