The Chancel Choir
The Chancel Choir provides music for English-language services at Christ Church Cathedral. The principal musicians of The Cathedral Choir are choristers (children ages 7-18). Choristers sing the top-most vocal part, and their work is supported by staff singers, organists, and their director.
El Coro Latinoamericano
The Coro Latinoamericano de la Catedral provides music for Spanish-language services at Christ Church Cathedral. The principal musicians of Coro are adult volunteer singers. Their work is supported by staff singers, instrumentalists, and their director. Coro explores the very best of the musical traditions from Latin and South America.
The Choir School
The Choir School at Christ Church Cathedral, launched in 2022, is an after-school choral program in the Episcopal tradition that supports students in their growth as individuals rooted in community. Through sacred music, academics, and service, the Choir School provides children a nurturing environment in which they develop into skilled musicians, motivated students, and devoted people of faith.

Our Chancel Choir and choristers from The Choir School have been invited to sing in residence at Salisbury Cathedral in England in the summer of 2027!
During their residency, our choristers will lead the daily round of worship in one of the Anglican Communion’s most renowned cathedrals, joining a choral tradition that spans nearly 800 years.

On Sunday, a few choristers from CCC and @trinitychurchindy had the unique opportunity to join a private rehearsal of the legendary @viennaboyschoir ! Choristers and their families were then invited to attend their performance, and an unforgettable meet and greet after the show just for them. The meet and greet was a special moment, where they laughed, shared stories, and bonded over milk and cookies! Truly an unforgettable experience for all! 🍪✨

This past Saturday, February 7th, Coro celebrated another amazing year of worship, hard work, and God’s faithfulness over our ministry. The night was everything Coro represents — rich in cultures and accents, full of laughter, music, happy tears, and powerful testimonies, including beautiful surprises from past members. From meaningful fellowship to an EXTREMELY competitive karaoke game, it was a joyful reminder of who we are and why we serve. 🎶✨

(Part 2) - ✨ A Year in Review (in videos and sound) — Coro Latinoamericano ✨
Guided by our mission to uphold, expand, and enrich the Latino liturgical repertoire, this past year has been one of remarkable growth and grace. Coro Latinoamericano learned and presented 87 new songs, hymns, and arrangements, while also adding three new Mass settings to our library and archive — a meaningful investment in the future of our shared musical heritage.
We were deeply honored to welcome Rodolfo García and Stella Lopes, two of the most influential composers of Spanish-language liturgical music, as our composers-in-residence. Their time with Coro included an inspiring workshop, and we are thrilled to share that a new Mass setting is currently being composed especially for Coro, to be premiered in 2026.
This summer also brought one of our most meaningful projects to date: “Nuestro Canto,” a powerful documentary-concert exploring the immigrant experience — its struggles, its beauty, its transcultural richness, and the sustaining role of faith within our communities.
In addition to our full regular season, Coro embarked on its first official national tour, marking a milestone in our journey and extending our music beyond borders.
As we look toward 2026, we are filled with gratitude and anticipation. We remain committed to deepening our connections with the community, fostering relationships with all who join us in worship, and continuing to advance our mission with voice, heart, and soul.

(Parte 1) — ✨ Un año en retrospectiva (en videos y sonidos) - Coro Latinoamericano ✨
Guiados por nuestra misión de preservar, expandir y enriquecer el repertorio litúrgico latinoamericano, este último año ha sido uno de crecimiento y gracia extraordinarios. Coro Latinoamericano aprendió y presentó 87 nuevas canciones, himnos y arreglos, además de añadir tres nuevas misas a nuestra biblioteca y archivo — una inversión significativa en el futuro de nuestro patrimonio musical compartido.
Tuvimos el honor de dar la bienvenida a Rodolfo García y Stella Lopes, dos de los compositores más influyentes de la música litúrgica en español, como nuestros compositores en residencia. Su tiempo con el Coro incluyó un taller profundamente inspirador, y nos llena de alegría compartir que actualmente se está componiendo una nueva misa especialmente para Coro, cuyo estreno será en 2026.
Este verano también trajo uno de los proyectos más significativos hasta la fecha: “Nuestro Canto”, un concierto-documental poderoso que explora la experiencia migrante — sus luchas, su belleza, su riqueza transcultural y el papel sostenedor de la fe en nuestras comunidades.
Además de nuestra temporada regular, Coro emprendió su primera gira nacional oficial, marcando un hito en nuestro camino y llevando nuestra música más allá de fronteras.
Al mirar hacia el 2026, lo hacemos con profunda gratitud y esperanza. Seguimos comprometidos a fortalecer nuestros lazos con la comunidad, a cultivar relaciones con todos aquellos que se unen a nosotros en la oración, y a continuar avanzando en nuestra misión con voz, corazón y alma.
